Egg White Pancakes
Ingredients (2 Servings)
- 200ml Apex Muscle Vanilla Liquid Egg Whites
- 1/2 cup (50g) rolled oats or oat flour
- 1/2 banana, mashed (optional)
- 1/2 scoop (15-20g) vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of cinnamon or sea salt
- Cooking spray or coconut oil for pan
Instructions
- Blend or whisk all ingredients until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan on medium and lightly oil.
- Pour batter to form small pancakes.
- Cook 1–2 mins per side until golden.
- Serve with Greek yogurt, berries, or sugar-free syrup.
