Ingredients (2 Servings)

  • 200ml Apex Muscle Vanilla Liquid Egg Whites
  • 1/2 cup (50g) rolled oats or oat flour
  • 1/2 banana, mashed (optional)
  • 1/2 scoop (15-20g) vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of cinnamon or sea salt
  • Cooking spray or coconut oil for pan

Instructions

  1. Blend or whisk all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan on medium and lightly oil.
  3. Pour batter to form small pancakes.
  4. Cook 1–2 mins per side until golden.
  5. Serve with Greek yogurt, berries, or sugar-free syrup.
