Liquid Egg Whites are ready to drink straight from the pouch — pasteurised, flavoured, and frozen for freshness. Each 1L pouch delivers 4 servings with 27–28g of protein each.
Egg White Protein Powder is shelf-stable and mixes with water to make a smooth shake, or blends into smoothies and recipes. Each 500g pouch delivers 15 servings with 20–27g of protein each (depending on flavour).
Both are dairy-free, gluten-free, and made from cage-free Australian eggs. Choose liquid for ready-to-go convenience, or powder for shelf-stable versatility — or use both.

How do I use the Egg White Protein Powder?
How do I use the Egg White Protein Powder?
Add 33g (2 scoops) of powder to 250ml of water in a shaker. Shake well and drink. Use 1–3 times daily.
You can also blend it into smoothies, mix into yoghurt or oats, or bake it into high-protein recipes like keto bread, pancakes, and protein muffins.

What's the shelf life?
Liquid Egg Whites: Stored frozen at -18°C, they keep for up to 12 months. Once defrosted and refrigerated below 5°C, use within 7 days. Once opened, use within 3 days.
Egg White Protein Powder: Shelf-stable. Store in a cool, dry place and reseal after use. Best before date is printed on the pouch.
